Beauty & THE BEAT is a unique event that will fuse together natural hair,
fashion, and music. We will be showcasing some of St. Louis' Best Natural
hair salons, Boutiques, Clothing, and Jewelry Designers While the models
walk to a live band featuring the soulful sounds of Theresa Payne
(TheresaPayne.com) and Tiffany Elle (TiffanyElleOnline.com). There will
also be an opportunity to shop more than 20 vendors. The marketplace will
reflect this upscale event; the best that local small businesses have to offer.
Loads of give aways from sponsors will be in heavy rotation, which
include gifts from BeautifulBrownBabydol.com, Design Essentials.com
(who will be in the house with hair demonstrations and gifts for the VIP
bags), ToniDaley.com, Naturallythestore.com, ErthTonez.com, and MORE!

We are Highly Textured & Company; a natural hair support group. We are partnering with
Naturallythestore.com this year and our objective is to help women find their natural beauty
inside and out!! Since we received such an overwhelming response from March 2010 and
11’s event, we HAD present it to St. again; but on a greater scale!!! We had great sponsorship
and are welcoming more into the family!! We would be honored to have you as a sponsor,

the info on moving forward. In your email, please indicate if you would like to be a monetary
sponsor or a product sponsor (i.e. samples, gift bags, full sizes of products, services, jewelry,
accessories, crafts, gift cards to your website,etc.) Anything that you feel represents your
business well that you can spare will make someone happy when they win it in our free raffle
drawing. We will also be having a hair style showcase. If you would like your product(s) to be

three ways to become a sponsor. Deadline for sponsorship info, products, services, and
donations is
1. Product Give Away – We will be doing free raffle drawings throughout the event as well as
contests. The product (s) that you provide will be given away to the lucky raffle winners. Your
name/business name and info will be mentioned during the raffle drawing.
2. VIP Beat Bag- Products and or services you offer will be in this bag. There will be 100 VIP
attendees. These people will also get front row seating as well as a complimentary drink from
the bar. If you decide to be a Beat Bag sponsor please provide us with a minimum of 100. The
information you provide will be in our pamphlet that every person will be getting.
3. Monetary Sponsor – Any amount is greatly appreciated as it would aid in the production of
this show. A minimum of $50 donation will get you in our event booklet. Please
